Currently, there are a number of objective prerequisites for the transition to the state of the
information society in Kazakhstan. The most significant of them are the rapid development of the material base of the
information sphere, the informatization of various spheres of production and management, active entry into the world
information community, high human and scientific and technical potential, the readiness of public consciousness to the
need to obtain deep knowledge in the field of computing and information technologies.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan has developed programs that show what a modern
graduate should master in the basic course of computer science. The study of computer science in higher education
implies its further development as a fundamental scientific discipline. The State Standard on Informatics and
Information Technologies gives priority to the educational process, the service approach to the development of general
education and a wide range of student training.
Teaching informatics and information technologies at school and university from the point of view of
consistency, continuity and continuity, cognitive, information, communication competence, which forms the activity by
methods of mastering subject skills.
