This article comprehensively examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of using artificial intelligence to develop students' research skills. The study describes the role of artificial intelligence in the educational process, including its advantages in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and the creation of interactive educational tools. The results of an experimental study conducted using a multimedia representation of the human skeletal structure are presented. It is noted that the use of AI-based tools improves students' visual perception and facilitates the understanding of complex biological concepts. AI-based platforms help determine each student's individual abilities and learning pace and, accordingly, create a personalized educational trajectory. This, in turn, increases students' interest in the subject and creates the conditions for the development of their analytical, critical, and investigative thinking. In particular, explaining biological objects using 3D modeling, virtual laboratories, and animated simulations improves students' ability to grasp abstract concepts through concrete visual images. The use of artificial intelligence tools is considered a factor in developing students' information literacy, digital competence, and research culture. Such technologies facilitate the development of independent research skills, comparative analysis of sources, hypotheses, and the formulation of scientific conclusions.
