This article examines the impact of multicultural education on the process of personality socialization in the context of globalization. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing polyethnicity of modern society, intensified migration processes, and the expansion of the information space. The main objective of the research is to identify effective pedagogical and social mechanisms for developing individuals who are capable of preserving their own cultural identity while being open to other cultures. The study employs theoretical methods such as literature analysis, content analysis, and comparative approaches. Particular attention is given to innovative educational technologies, including project-based learning and web-quest methods, and their role in fostering critical thinking and intercultural communication skills. The findings reveal that personality socialization in a multicultural environment is influenced by a system of factors (mega-, macro-, meso-, and micro-levels), with the information space playing a significant role. The principle of the dialogue of cultures is emphasized as a key factor in developing tolerance, broadening worldview, and enhancing intercultural competence. The article also proposes practical ways to improve multicultural education, including the development of linguistic polyphony, strengthening critical thinking, and integrating innovative teaching methods. In conclusion, multicultural education is not only a pedagogical phenomenon but also a strategic tool for ensuring social stability, intercultural harmony, and sustainable societal development.
