The article deals with the analysis of the volume of the wage fund by sectors and regions of
Kazakhstan. Organization of remuneration is the main task of a competent economy of the country. The central role in
the employee’s income structure belongs to wages, the main source of income is a powerful incentive aimed at
improving the results of labor and production. Wages as a form of labor price and an indicator of the state’s
solvency.Since the source of wage payment is national income, the size of the wage fund of the labor collective, each
employee is dependent on the results of labor.
The purpose of writing this article is a comprehensive study of the volume of the wage fund by industry and
Kazakhstan, a comparative analysis of industrial development and obtaining material profit from this development.
