In the article, the author considers the problem of formation of creative abilities of future
specialists. Theoretical aspects of creative activity are studied, which are analyzed by the author as methodological and
methodical bases for the formation of a creative personality. The necessity of creating an innovative educational
environment as the most priority direction of the education system is revealed. The article analyzes the experience of
the Republic of Kazakhstan in the development of innovations through the introduction of courses, seminars for
teachers ' professional development, training in innovative methods of teaching and evaluating knowledge, and studying
foreign experience. In order to solve the problem of forming students ' creative abilities, the author suggests creating
pilot author's methods of training and education, which will contribute to the formation of pedagogical abilities of
students: creative abilities, creative thinking, social flexibility. It is concluded that the formation of pedagogical abilities
of students should be organized and stimulated through the creation of an innovative educational environment, in the
development of a set of pedagogical tasks for students of pedagogical specialties.
