The implementation of inclusive society is the imperative of the time and is the necessity for
contemporary Kazakhstan. The main objective of this research is identify the level of realization of inclusive society in Kazakhstan. The qualitative structured interviews are conducted on one parent of disabled child, three disabled people. The quantitative method is a survey with 10 questions which has taken by 47 students and 16 teachers of NIS in Kazakhstan. The results of these methods revealed that more than half of students and half of teachers are ready to inclusion and believe that study or work with them will have no impact to their performance or productivity. Favorably,
many disabled people do not have many problems in the society. Moreover, there are enough conditions for people with limited abilities. In conclusion, the implementation of inclusive society in Kazakhstan is giving successful results.
