The digital era is a new stage of civilization that determines not only technological progress, but also the transformation of human being and essence. This article examines the essence and ontological nature of man in today's digital reality from a philosophical perspective. Based on the works of Western thinkers of the 20th–21st centuries (J.-P. Sartre, H. Arendt, D. Haraway, L. Floridi) and modern researchers, the author analyzes the forms of human existence in virtual space, digital similarity, the ethics of interaction with information, and the revision of the traditional essence of man within the framework of the posthumanist discourse. The article also raises the issues of the philosophical consequences of human existence in the digital system and the fate of human values in the future. The author proposes a new anthropological approach, connecting the spiritual and moral dimensions of man with digital being. This article contributes to research in the fields of digital philosophy, ethics, and modern anthropology. Ontologically, digital existence is no longer seen as a phenomenon that is inseparable from reality, becoming a part of it.
