The article is devoted to an urgent problem about ethical behavior, which should become an
integral part of the culture of all judges, managers and employees of the court staff. Justiciary ethics is a set of moral
ideals, principles and norms for the administration of justice. All this determines the moral content of the activities of
the participants in the trial.
The article says that the concepts of the terms «judicial ethics» and «justiciary ethics» are not equal, and their
difference was shown. In addition, the article describes the relationship between the concept of «justiciary ethics» and
the concept of «justiciary etiquette».
