This paper addresses the need for a specific and precise mechanism for registering legal entities,
optimizing and facilitating the process of maintaining the State register of legal entities in Kazakhstan. In addition, the
main provisions of national legislation on the issue under study, in particular, civil and business legislation, are
considered. In particular, the paper deals with the registration of legal entities of both commercial and non-commercial
nature. At the same time, the relationship between the provisions of the legislation of our state and the Russian
Federation, which is explained by the General history of civil law development and General concepts in legislation. In
addition, there are differences in the implementation of such a mechanism for legal entities in the laws of countries such
as the United States and Germany. Of particular relevance is the presence in the current legislation of a mechanism for
optimizing information about registered legal entities to improve their taxation, as well as the prevention of illegal
actions in the field of business and other activities, as well as in the customs sphere.
