This article discusses the conceptual features of the development of the human resources potential
of an agricultural enterprise in the digital economy. In this regard, the dynamics of the number of farm workers in time
is clearly shown, and the educational level of employees is determined. The scientific work demonstrates digital
training of citizens in the basics of entrepreneurship and doing business, the main digital indicators of the labor market
of the West Kazakhstan region are absolutely accurately derived. The article provides statistical digital information
about the receipt of micro-loans by individuals, the level of financial resources allocated to ensure the population. Based
on the results, the authors conducted a standard digital rating of ease of doing business in the regions of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. The improvement of the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex is clearly shown, and the
management solution to pressing problems of rural entrepreneurship development is determined using elements of
digitalization.
