THE THEORETICAL MODEL OF THE FORMATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL CULTURE OF THE FUTURE TEACHER IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF THE UNIVERSITY

The main idea of this article is the formation of educational culture of the future teacher with
creativity to realize our national and universal ideas embodied in the concept of “Рухани Жаңғыру”, helps to increase
the efficiency of the process of preparing teachers for professional development, self-actualization and identification in
the development of the educational services market. The content of a scientific article presents the results and
conclusions of a study of the analysis conducted on the organization of educational work in a university. In accordance
with this, a theoretical model developed by the author for the formation of the educational culture of the future teacher.
The theoretical model of educational culture is expressed in the totality of components: motivational, cognitive,
axiological, activity-oriented and personality-creative. Each of the listed components of the formation of educational
culture has its own criteria and indicators of their specific manifestations, which are reflected in the context of a
scientific article.
