In this article, I decided to define by practical way - the formation of spiritual morality, the aesthetic
manifestation of historical and cultural values in the course of relations between people and society. Human should
appreciate the quality of life in society and understand spiritual and moral values more deeply. Society must regularly
support the formation of a person's readiness for the constantly changing circumstances of life. We won’t be able to say
that we don’t need life experiences such as: the formation and development of a legal culture in society, analyzes of
factors that have occurred and assessments of situations, be able to resist injustices and misunderstandings. Legal culture
creates a group system of national, demographic, social, professional culture, and each of them determines the values and
rules for people, it also notes some of the tasks that characterize culture. Any kind of culture is a difficult target when researching it in a different industry. In the sphere of legal culture lie circles of spiritual, moral, material and political
cultures. The culture that satisfies the first human need is material culture, the results of which are: labor, communication,
life, housing and economy. A culture that satisfies the second human need is a spiritual culture which appear in people in
a creative and practical way, which include: modern cultures, religion, ethnographic values, and researching them is
another challenge.
