In the modern educational system, the development of students' psycho-emotional well-being is regarded as an essential prerequisite for their personal development, academic achievement, and social adaptation. In this context, providing a theoretical and practical justification for the pedagogical features of applying cognitive-behavioral technologies in the educational process has become an important scientific issue. This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as the pedagogical potential of using cognitive-behavioral technologies to promote students' psycho-emotional well-being. The study analyzes the role of the cognitive-behavioral approach in the integrated development of students' thinking, emotional state, and behavior. It substantiates the pedagogical potential of cognitive-behavioral technologies aimed at identifying and modifying dysfunctional thinking patterns, enhancing emotional regulation, coping with stressful situations, developing self-monitoring skills, and fostering adaptive behavioral strategies. Particular attention is paid to the application of such techniques in educational practice as cognitive restructuring of automatic negative thoughts, cognitive reappraisal, reflection, self-regulation, and behavioral exercises.
The findings indicate that the systematic implementation of cognitive-behavioral technologies in pedagogical practice contributes to improving students' emotional resilience, strengthening their psychological well-being, increasing learning motivation, developing communication skills, and facilitating social adaptation. Therefore, cognitive-behavioral technologies can be considered one of the scientifically grounded and effective pedagogical tools for promoting students' psycho-emotional well-being.
