From the standpoint of socio-philosophical and comparative-political analysis, the article explores the phenomenon of peace diplomacy as a key principle of the foreign policy course of modern Kazakhstan. The author analyzes in detail the concept of diplomatic tolerance, reveals its complex nature through the conceptual prism of political, cultural, civilizational and economic dimensions. The work examines in detail the historical, philosophical, socio-cultural and geopolitical prerequisites for the formation of a peace-loving multi-vector strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan since gaining sovereignty in 1991. Special attention is paid to the practical embodiment of consensus diplomacy, dialogue of institutions and compromises over the past decade. On the basis of concrete examples, including major peacekeeping initiatives in Astana, the status of Kazakhstan as an authoritative international mediator, dialogue platform and «honest player» is proved. The critical analysis examines key regional challenges and hybrid threats to the country's foreign policy generated by modern geopolitical disunity, a global crisis of confidence, sanctions wars and a weakening system of international law. The conclusion theoretically substantiates the prospects of the modernized strategy «Multi-vector 2.0» in the context of the formation of a polycentric world of the XXI century. The author comes to the scientifically substantiated conclusion that the diplomatic tolerance of Kazakhstan is not a sign of weakness, but a mature form of pragmatism that effectively contributes to the recovery of the global architecture of collective security.
