This article examines the impact of migration processes on the state of public order. In the context of modern globalization, migration processes have a significant impact on the socio-economic development, demographic situation and public security system of states. Since the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the important centers of migration flows in the Central Asian region, migration issues are of particular importance in the field of public order.
The study analyzed the main types of internal and external migration, the reasons for their occurrence and the impact on public safety. The issues of the impact of illegal migration on the rule of law, social adaptation of migrants, employment and the role of law enforcement agencies were also considered. The author systematically characterizes the positive and negative consequences of migration processes, focuses on the prevention of offenses, maintaining public stability and strengthening legal control.
The methodological basis of the study is systemic, comparative legal, statistical and analytical methods. The main directions for improving migration policy were determined on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international legal acts and scientific works. The issues of improving the mechanisms of state control in the field of migration, the development of information systems and strengthening the interaction of law enforcement agencies were also considered.
The practical significance of the study is determined by recommendations for improving the activities of law enforcement agencies, increasing the effectiveness of migration control and ensuring public order.
