This article discusses the conditions for developing analytical thinking skills in the work of a future lawyer. Analytical thinking is a fundamental and important skill in the legal profession. It allows law enforcement officers to effectively analyze legal documents, evaluate facts and evidence, and make informed decisions. Analytical thinking is a process of logical reasoning that involves identifying problems, organizing information, and making informed suggestions. Additionally, a lawyer must understand complex legal concepts and situations in order to make informed decisions. Developing these skills requires continuous experience, learning, and communication with colleagues, which helps to improve not only professional skills but also interpersonal skills. The essence of the study is that analytical thinking includes the ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and formulate correct specific solutions. In the modern field of law, the relevance of the study of developing analytical thinking skills in future lawyers is determined by the needs of legal professional activities. Developing analytical thinking skills plays an important role in the professional activities of future lawyers, as it allows them to effectively solve legal issues, make informed decisions, and advocate for their clients' interests. Legal education is one of the most diverse and in-demand fields, which helps not only to gain knowledge about law, but also to develop important analytical skills. Lawyers face the need to analyze complex legal issues on a daily basis, which requires a deep understanding of the law, the ability to build logical chains, and the ability to prove their conclusions. The main goal of this article is to explore how legal education contributes to the development of analytical skills and whether it is an important part of a lawyer's professional development.
