Currently, there is a need for a theoretical assessment of the processes of restructuring the current legislation and
developing proposals that meet the requirements of the legal system that affect the protection of individual rights and
freedoms and the development of modern Kazakhstan. The process of the rule of law and the democratization of society
is closely linked to the development of individual rights and freedoms and strong mechanisms to guarantee them.
Because the rights and freedoms of the individual is concerned primarily with the material conditions of life, the
implementation of economic reforms in Kazakhstan requires a new model of building socially oriented market
economy, taking into account the specific features of the country, taking into account past, present and future of its
