The Internet of things is an important element in creating a digital oilfield. Internet of things
technology allows oil and gas companies to monitor the situation in the fields and monitor the status of key resources in
real time, ensuring the safe operation of equipment and environmental protection. The ability to optimize the
organizational structure and management processes of oil and gas production will increase efficiency, reduce labor
costs, provide decision support and accelerate the transition of oil and gas fields to digital technologies.The Industry 4.0
concept provides for "digitalization" and integration of all processes of the product lifecycle: from the development
process to the logistics and service processes. In accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0, each product must have
its own "digital" image, i.e. all information about it must be "digitized" and be readable by devices and people.
