points of the intellectual property market in Kazakhstan are shown. An analysis of knowledge-intensive enterprises was

the creation of an effective system of legal protection of the results of intellectual and creative activity, which include the
rules on registration and use of rights, as well as the norms of timely and effective protection of violated rights.
