The issues of protecting the health of people, the population through the implementation of the
functions of state bodies on the basis of preserving the ecological relationship and the integrity of the surrounding world
relate to the civil rights and interests of each subject of legal relations. The goal of ensuring the protection of human health
lies directly in the creation of a favorable world for a person and an improvement in his attitude towards nature. The
complex of measures and measures carried out by state authorities in relation to the exercise of civil rights to surrounding
natural objects and resources determines the system of state power in the field of realizing the goal of protecting the health
of citizens. The mechanism of state influence on the subjects of civil legal relations is considered in order to ensure and
achieve sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. The scientific work examines the issue of improving
this mechanism and the possibility of interaction between public authorities as an effective method to achieve the above
goal. On the basis of such interaction, the work substantiates the possibility of forming a system for protecting both nature
and the interconnected life and health of a person. The paper identifies recommendations on the possibility of joint work
of various state bodies in terms of spheres of activity and powers.
